GOOGLE API DATA USAGE DISCLOSURE
Google Services Used
Our application integrates with: Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
These integrations are used solely to display website performance metrics and search visibility reporting for customer-authorized properties.
1. Data Accessed from Google APIs
Our application accesses Google data only after explicit user authorization via Google OAuth.
We access read-only reporting data limited to the following metrics:
- From Google Search Console: search clicks, search impressions, average search position.
- From Google Analytics: organic search sessions, direct sessions, unassigned sessions, organic social sessions, referral sessions, active users, page views, bounce rate, average session duration.
We only access aggregated reporting metrics for properties explicitly authorized by the user.
We do not access: conversion data, advertising data, event-level personal data, Google Ads data, other personal Google account content.
2. How We Use Google User Data
Google user data is used exclusively to provide reporting dashboards within our platform.
Specifically, the data is used to: display website traffic summaries, show search engine performance trends, present historical comparisons of traffic metrics, provide customers insight into website visibility and engagement.
All processing is automated and limited strictly to user-facing reporting features.
We do not:
- Sell Google user data
- Share Google user data for marketing purposes
- Use Google user data for advertising or profiling
- Use Google user data for artificial intelligence or machine learning model training
- Combine Google user data with external advertising datasets
Google data is used only to provide the functionality explicitly requested by the user.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade Google user data.
Google user data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Google user data is processed and stored on secure Virtual Private Server (VPS) infrastructure provided by TransIP, acting solely as a data processor under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
Access to Google user data within our organization is restricted to authorized personnel solely for technical support and system maintenance.
Google user data may only be disclosed if required by applicable law.
4. Data Storage and Protection
Google user data is stored on secure VPS infrastructure provided by TransIP, located in the We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect Google user data, including:
- HTTPS encryption (TLS 1.2 or higher) for all data transmission
- Secure OAuth 2.0 authentication
- Encrypted storage of OAuth access and refresh tokens
- Role-based access control
- Restricted internal access to production systems
- Regular security updates and server maintenance
We follow the principle of least privilege and request only read-only access necessary to display reporting metrics.
5. Data Retention
We retain Google-derived reporting data for a maximum of 24 months for historical reporting and comparison purposes.
After 24 months: stored reporting data is automatically deleted, expired OAuth tokens are removed, disconnected accounts are fully purged from our systems.
We do not retain Google reporting data indefinitely.
6. User Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their Google-derived data at any time by: disconnecting their Google account within our application settings, or contacting us directly at [email protected] .
Upon request, all associated Google reporting data and OAuth tokens will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
If a user revokes access directly through their Google Account permissions, our system will automatically delete associated credentials and stored data.
7. Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google user data is only used to provide user-facing reporting functionality and is not used for advertising, resale, or AI model training.
Children
This site does not knowingly collect or solicit Personally Identifiable Information from or about children under 13 except as permitted by law. If we discover we have received any information from a child under 13 in violation of this policy, we will delete that information immediately. Changes to this Policy
